Yes. To transfer your domain name to another registrant, contact your existing registrar and request a change of registrant. When your registrar gets your confirmation, they will perform the transfer and notify both you and the new registrant when it is complete.
Yes and no. For example, if you registered your domain in June and transferred to a different registrar in December you would pay the new registrar 1 year’s registration fee. And, your previous registrar would not reimburse you for the remaining months you were not with them.

If you have a .au domain, you will need to click on View, located next to Current domain password (Auth-Info) in order to see your auth code
