Terms and conditions for the .au campaign at Webcentral

Additional Terms & Conditions applicable to Promotional Offers for the .au Campaign at Webcentral, running from 3rd June to 1st September 2025 in partnership with auDA.

These Promotional Terms (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Webcentral (“we”, “us”) and govern the .au Campaign promotional offers (“Promotion”). These Terms apply in addition to Webcentral’s General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Usage Policy. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  1. Offer details:

    • The promotional offer (“Offer”) is applicable on new domain name registrations of .au, .com.au, .net.au, .id.au, org.au, and asn.au TLDs.

    • The Offer includes:

      • A bundle deal of .com.au and .au for $14.95 total, automatically applied when both domains are in the cart with annual billing.
      • A discounted price of $9.95 on additional eligible .au TLDs, with annual billing.

    • The Offer does not apply to renewals, domain transfers, backorders, or premium domain names.

    • The discount will be applied automatically at checkout if cart conditions are met.

    • The Offer is valid for both new and existing customers when purchasing new products.

  2. Promotion Period:

    • The promotion begins on 3rd June 2025 and ends on 1st September 2025. Webcentral reserves the right to extend, pause, or terminate the promotional period at any time without prior notice.

  3. Ownership and Renewal:

    • After the initial purchase term, domain names will automatically renew at the then-current standard renewal price, unless cancelled or auto-renew is turned off before the renewal date.

    • Domain Name Licenses may be renewed, provided you pay the applicable renewal fees and continue to meet the eligibility criteria for specific TLD requirements.

  4. Domain Availability:

    • Domain registration is subject to availability at the time of purchase. Adding a domain to your cart does not guarantee successful registration until checkout is completed and confirmed.

  5. Rewards, Referral or Commission Eligibility:

    • Webcentral reserves the right to change, pause, or terminate any reward, referral, or promotional benefit associated with this campaign at any time.

    • At our sole discretion, we may decline to award any rewards, discounts, or commissions (“Rewards”) in the event of:

      • Fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms;
      • Inability to verify customer identity or eligibility due to inaccurate or missing information;
      • Suspicious behaviour related to bulk registration, domain parking, or gaming the promotional mechanics;
      • Activity we determine to be inconsistent with the fair use intent of this campaign;
      • Any other breach of Webcentral's general terms or policies.

  6. Abuse Prevention:

    • Webcentral reserves the right to review, suspend, or cancel any order associated with fraudulent activity, bulk abuse, misrepresentation, or behaviour inconsistent with fair use of this promotion.

  7. Acceptance of Terms:

    • By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  8. Refunds

    • Domain names purchased under this promotion are not eligible for Webcentral’s 30-day money-back guarantee.

    • Each time we charge a transaction, we will provide you with a receipt of the payment. We require 3 business days’ notice prior to your next billing date to avoid charging you at that next billing date. If you elect to cancel a payment method, we will then, subsequent to the expiry of the aforementioned notice period, provide a cancellation or refund confirmation within 3 business days.

    • You acknowledge and agree that your participation in the Offer is voluntary, and you understand the nature of this Offer. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that you solely assume the risks associated with participating in the Offer.

    • Webcentral provides the promotion “as is” without any express or implied warranties, examples of which include duration, content or features of the promotion. Webcentral reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice.

    • In no event will Webcentral be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost data, lost profits, lost business, loss of opportunity, or costs of procurement of substitute goods or services, however caused and under any theory of liability, and whether or not Webcentral knew or should have known about the possibility of such damage.
