As you may recall, we implemented a price adjustment in March, responding to various market conditions and operating costs. This change was correctly reflected in your invoice for the cycle immediately following the adjustment. However, due to an inadvertent system issue, the rate on the subsequent invoice reverted to your previous, lower rate.
Our team are actively working on the resolution. Once resolved, your next billing cycle will reflect the adjusted rate implemented in March. As a gesture of our gratitude for your continued support and understanding, we will not retroactively bill you or seek to recoup any charges resulting from this error.
